    What Sarah Handles

Details Handled is household management, project management, and personal support for people with more going on than they can personally manage. Some of it is a full renovation. Some of it is a vendor who needs managing, a purchase that needs sourcing, or a problem nobody has time to chase down. You do not have to know which kind of professional you need before you call.

    Not Sure If It Fits?

If you are not sure whether your request falls within our scope, call anyway. If Sarah can help, she will. If not, she will point you in the right direction.

    How Engagements Work

Every engagement begins with a clearly defined role, scope, and pricing structure. Depending on the work, services may be billed hourly, by project, through a retainer, or with an agreed coordination or procurement fee. Vendor work and related costs are clearly identified.

A note on how we work: Details Handled coordinates and manages. It does not perform licensed construction or trade work. When licensed work is required, it is performed by appropriately licensed and insured independent professionals. Vendor costs are billed separately at their own rates.
